A meeting is scheduled at a time which will allow the attorney to be able to focus exclusively on that person and their circumstances.

Initial meetings are more fruitful when all documents related to the case are provided to the attorney before or during the meeting. Our office handles meetings in person, by WhatsApp, Zoom, or by telephone. For virtual and telephone meetings, copies of documents may be provided to Barten Law, P.C. through one of three ways.

During the initial screening, the attorney will review the facts of the case and discuss some preliminary options and estimated costs associated with each option. After the initial meeting, Barten Law, P.C. will make a determination as to whether the client and case are a good fit with the services the office provides and conduct a final conflicts of interest.
